What to include in your message

For an existing order, provide your name, order number, the email address used at checkout, and a short description of the help you need. A product name or link is useful for a question before purchase.

If an item arrived damaged, incomplete, defective, or different from what you ordered, include photographs of the item and its packaging when available. We will review the information and explain the next steps.

Please do not send a complete payment-card number, card security code, account password, or other sensitive login information.

Returning an item

Email us before mailing any return. We will review your request under the Refund Policy and provide the return destination and instructions. The contact address above should not be used for an unsolicited return without approval.
